[SMM Data] Operating Rate of LiPF6 Declined in December 2024

Published: Jan 10, 2025 18:44
[SMM Data: LiPF6 Operating Rate in December] The operating rate of LiPF6 in December 2024 was approximately 73.2%, and it is expected to continue declining in January.

In December, the overall operating rate of LiPF6 was approximately 73.2%, down by about 2.5 percentage points compared to November. The growth rate of demand in the end-use market slowed in December, leading to an overall decline in demand, which resulted in a reduction in the operating rate of LiPF6 factories. Looking ahead to January, end-use demand is expected to continue declining, which may cause a certain pullback in the demand for LiPF6. The operating rate in January is expected to be around 67.4%.
